Ta Ta Facebook

Today I am saying goodbye to Facebook. There will be no extended rant to accompany this post, I’ve simply found that Facebook adds no value to my relationships. I hope to concentrate my online attention here, on this blog, (I do so love it when you comment!) and face-to-face with those I have the joy of calling friends.

If you are new here, because you followed the link from my goodbye update on Facebook, welcome! I hope you will come by and visit again and again.

Only you could make a bump look oh so Euro-chic! Welcome back!!! We missed you!

Bravo!

I am somewhat intrigued by the idea of killing my FB…. I want to but don’t have the courage just yet. A life free of FB invites and applications, nary a tempting (or misleading) link to see who is checking you out…. sounds pretty good!

Cheers,

I am oh so proud…and oh so glad to have another facebook-LESS friend! We are such an anomaly. All power to non-confomists;)

Surreal. Although I was never on F Book, I feel like we’re now playing for the same team once more. Huzzah!

Yes, I do find facebook a bit of a pain. I don’t accept any of the invites and wonder if I am insulting someone. Will be sad not to see all your pictures though! love mom

I’ll post our pictures here — and I may start an online photo album so you can check in and see them whenever you like!
