I can’t deny it after last night. What with sitting beside the new COO of the Calgary Philharmonic, pontificating about Calgary’s burgeoning arts scene with some of the city’s best and brightest, and bragging on friends Paul Hardy and Connie Gibbens: resident designer darling and creative mastermind in their own right.

Calgary may just be on its way to being Canada’s cultural capital yet.
